We are incredibly excited to share with you that the Georgia Youth Sustainability Conference (GYSC) has partnered with the United Nations - Atlanta Chapter and the US Green Building Council (USGBC) Georgia Chapter for the upcoming GYSC 2023. This momentous collaboration aims to empower Georgia's youth in becoming leaders of sustainability.

The United Nations - Atlanta Chapter is a cornerstone for global unity and positive change, dedicated to solving some of the most urgent challenges facing our world today.

US Green Building Council (USGBC) Georgia Chapter focuses on making our built environment greener and more sustainable for the people of Georgia within this generation.

Together, we are setting the stage for a transformative experience aimed at inspiring young Georgians to be sustainability advocates. The conference will feature an array of workshops, panel discussions, and keynote speeches, offering attendees a well-rounded understanding of sustainability practices and how to implement them.

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

📍 Venue: Shiloh High School, Snellville, GA

Organizations are invited to set up booths to showcase their sustainability efforts and offer students internship and volunteer opportunities. If you are an interested organization, you can secure your booth at the conference by registering here.

Participants will receive service hours and appreciation certificates courtesy of the United Nations - Atlanta Chapter and USGBC Georgia Chapter. The "GYSC 2023 Champion" trophy will be awarded to the school with the most participating students.
