Exhibitor Information

Booth Allocation:
Booth spaces are assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Full payment is required to secure your preferred booth location.

Booth Dimensions:
Each booth will have an approximate size of 8′ x 8′. The size may vary depending on the venue. Kindly design your exhibit accordingly. For additional space, extra booths can be purchased.

Amenities:
Each booth will be equipped with one table and two chairs. Tents and pop-up shelters are not permitted.

Utilities:
Electricity will be supplied, but exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own extension cords and multi-outlet strips.

Setup:
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their booths. Please be aware that due to the event layout and activities, there may be attendee traffic in the booth area before the event begins.

Description

Note: Tickets are required for entry into the conference. Each booth space purchase comes with tickets for two representatives, which include free lunch. These tickets will be automatically added to your cart when you purchase a booth space. While we anticipate most booths will be staffed by two people, additional tickets can be requested if you have more representatives attending. To request extra tickets, please contact us.
