We’re excited to invite you to be a part of the annual Georgia Youth Sustainability Conference. This event brings together young leaders, educators, and professionals who are passionate about sustainability, climate change, and creating a better future for our planet.

If you’re a student from a Title 1 school in need of financial assistance to attend the conference, please reach out to us. We offer scholarship tickets specifically for students from Title 1 schools, which can provide subsidized or free access to the conference. Feel free to inquire about these opportunities. If you are unsure whether your school qualifies as a Title 1 school, please check this link.

Booth Registration

We extend a warm invitation to you to be an exhibitor at our upcoming event, where you can spotlight your organization, initiatives, and offerings to an eager and diverse audience. Read further for crucial details on how to secure your booth, ensuring your presence shines brightly at this much-anticipated event.

Booth Allocation:
Booth spaces are assigned on a “first-come, first-served” basis. Full payment is required to secure your preferred booth location.

Booth Dimensions:
Each booth will have an approximate size of 8′ x 8′. The size may vary depending on the venue. Kindly design your exhibit accordingly. For additional space, extra booths can be purchased.

Amenities:
Each booth will be equipped with one table and two chairs. Tents and pop-up shelters are not permitted.

Utilities:
Electricity will be supplied, but exhibitors are encouraged to bring their own extension cords and multi-outlet strips.

Setup:
Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their booths. Please be aware that due to the event layout and activities, there may be attendee traffic in the booth area before the event begins.

Legal Agreement: By registering for the Georgia Youth Sustainability Conference, you grant Green Cell Inc and its partners the irrevocable right and license to duplicate, broadcast, exhibit, and transmit photographs and videos from the conference. You agree that Green Cell and its partners shall not be required to make any payment to you or anyone else in exercise of the rights granted in this Agreement. You grant Green Cell and its partners full and unrestricted rights to the photographs and videos and that exercise of such rights shall not constitute an infringement of any copyright, civil, personal or property right of any third party. Green Cell and its partners shall have no obligation to publish or post your photographs or videos. For all photographs and videos published or posted on Green Cell and its partners’ website and social media platforms, Green Cell and its partners reserves the right to remove the photographs and/or videos at its discretion.
